The place was really clean, the staff were extremely helpful, and the beds were very comfortable, making our stay a truly enjoyable experience with an immaculately clean room.

Loved that the rooms were very clean and that the pool was also clean and indoors seeing as we have small children. Staff was super friendly and helpful also. Location was great!

Sheets had 2 small little stains on them on both beds. Breakfast wasn't spectacular either. Eggs were kind of stuck together and sausage was cold and burnt. Also the orange juice was out and so was the waffle maker. And the only ice maker is all the way down stairs so thats pretty inconvienent in its self.

Very small lobby with nothing but the checking counter. If I hadn't prepaid I would had turned around and walked out. Most of the lobby was evidently walled off and made into an office or?????.

Had to move to a new renovated room. New room was dirty and had bugs in it. Room service changed out towels but never left new soap.

It felt like trains were coming right through your room all night long! Not a restful night!

Great service and a clean pool onsite. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Location close enough to a walking/bike trail, several GREAT restaurants and places, and event center.

The room was updated and immaculately clean with a shower and hairdryers in the private bathroom. The location was nice: shopping centers and a supermarket were within walking distance. The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a secure area.

Our double room included a seating area, a writing table, and ironing facilities.

This place has newly decorated rooms with a great location near the Trinity walking trail, the rooms are sparkling clean, and the beds are super comfortable.

My room was spotlessly clean and fairly quiet. The location was absolutely perfect, not too far away from a Japanese garden. Set next to gardens and a river, it was a plus. The personnel were attentive. I had a great stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth University Drive. The room was really clean and peaceful, I could hardly hear any noise. The hotel is in a fantastic location, being close to a beautiful Japanese garden. Another bonus is that it is surrounded by lovely gardens and a river. The staff were also very helpful and took good care of me during my stay.
